Yo Pro is about giving our young people a different avenue to learn and socialise amongst peers, so that working for Emerson Stewart is more than just a job, it is about making it a great place to succeed!

Yo Pro is Emerson Stewart's Young Professionals program. The program is planned and managed by Emerson Stewart's young professionals. The group includes all professionals under 30 across the business. The program is designed to expose our young professionals to all facets of their career and our business model. The variety of events includes career and personal development as well as social activities. The group is also focused on reflecting the values of the business by giving back to the community through voluntary work.

Tom Longo, Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Accounting and Corporate Finance) UWA, describes Yo Pro as, "well structured for professional development. It sets itself apart from other graduate programs in that it is also a true social initiative for not just graduates but all "young" people in the company. Behind Yo Pro is fundamentally what ES is about, its people! "
